Who We Need
We are now recruiting strawberry pickers to join our farm located in Pemberton WA. This is one of the highest paying strawberry farms in Australia, candidates with previous piece rate work are encouraged to join our team.
Job Description
You will be responsible for picking strawberries. It is a fast paced environment and you must reach daily team production targets. The positions requires you to work for 6-10 hours per day, 5 to 6 days per week depends on the weather.
Key Job Info
Pay Structure: piece rate structure + 9.5% superannuation
Duration: 3 months plus- There is also another opportunity with another strawberry farm near Perth where staff can continue working.
Day shift (usually 6:00AM start)
You need to arrange your own accommodation and it is preferable that you have your own vehicle
It is our aim for staff to work 8 to 10 hours per day, 5-6 days a week
