Our client is a large scale producer of premium quality strawberries. raspberries and blackberries located at various properties in Western Australia region. The farm's produce is sold directly to Coles group and through Driscoll's Australia into the major supermarket chains. We need one experience farm manager to assist our client to grow and manage their farming operations.

Job Description
In this fast-paced role, you will be accountable for ensuring operational level duties associated with strawberry production are completed to an excellent standard. This role requires the successful candidate to be highly self-motivated and flexible to achieve company objectives.

Working in conjunction with the owner your key duties will consist of continuing to improve berry operations by leading edge horticultural technology, systems and processes. Contemporary people management practices, efficient administration and planning practices

You'll need to be highly self-motivated and genuinely committed to your role. In return for your efforts, you'll be rewarded with market-leading remuneration and support from the owner.
